General Information:

Based mainly on epoxy resin, due to its special curing agent combined with acid and alkali resistant pigments to form 2K solvent-free epoxy top coating for self-leveling purpose on concrete floor. The formed film has excellent water resistance, corrosion resistance and resistance to chemicals

Suitable Use:

Suitable use for indoor cement base and concrete surface for purposes of abrasion resistance, compression resistance, and anti-dust. Protection function on cement and concrete ground

Characteristics:

2. Good water resistance, anti-corrosion and chemical resistance
3. Especially thick fiberglass coating, under pressure

Directions for Use:

1. Surface preparation:
- The surface should be flat and dry sufficiently
- Remove oil, moisture, dust, paint and other contaminants from the surface to be coated

2. Preparation of paint:
- Stir to be mixed uniformly before use
- Keep correct mixing ratio and add hardener to base

Storage instructions:

1. Valid: 12 months
2. Note: this product must be stored in a cool dry and ventilated place, and avoid direct sunlight, away from the fire

Cautions:

The main substance and the hardener must be proportionally blended, stir evenly the mixture before use. Recommend to use before the pot-life is over
Remove all oil, grease, water, and dust from the substrate
This product is inflammable and should keep away from heat and fire
During the application, the work site should be ventilated and avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. For more information, please refer to MSDS
The ambient temperature must not below 5°C or the relative humidity less than 85%
The main substance and hardener should be tightly closed and stored in a cool place when it is in use
Epoxy floor coating under direct sunlight may fade away or discolor
